Things to do in Kondapur

Kondapur is a residential and office suburb north of HITEC City that has become a weekend destination in its own right. Sarath City Capital Mall, one of the largest malls in India, anchors the area with the AMB Cinemas multiplex, an indoor amusement zone and regular festive events. Quake Arena, a large indoor club and concert space open since 2024, brings touring DJs and Punjabi and Bollywood headliners. The Botanical Garden at Kothaguda is a popular morning walk, and cafés and breweries along the main road run quiz nights, gigs and comedy. There is no metro here, so most visitors take a cab or an auto from HITEC City station.
