Things to do in Ameerpet & Srinagar Colony

Ameerpet is the busiest interchange on the Hyderabad Metro, where the Red and Blue Lines cross, and the neighbourhood around it is known for software training institutes, hostels and street food. Events here tend to be practical: coding bootcamps, career fairs and education expos. Srinagar Colony, a short auto ride away, has Sri Sathya Sai Nigamagamam, a large hall used for classical concerts, devotional programmes, dance recitals and ticketed stage shows. The Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium at Yousufguda hosts sports meets and film-industry functions. Yusufguda and Madhura Nagar stations on the Blue Line are the closest to both venues.
